We use submitted information only to review, coordinate, quote, dispatch, document, and complete service-related assignments. This may include confirming addresses, planning attempts, preparing status updates, and creating affidavits or returns of service.
Document handling
Documents and assignment details may contain sensitive legal information. ServeNOVA limits access to people who need the information to coordinate or complete the request. Please do not send payment card information through the intake form or email.
Records and retention
We retain service request records as needed for business operations, assignment history, dispute resolution, compliance, and court-ready documentation. You may request review or correction of your contact information by emailing us.
Third-party services
We use secure cloud services to store website submissions and coordinate requests. We do not sell submitted intake information. Information may be shared only when necessary to complete the assignment, comply with legal requirements, or protect our business.
