Terms of Service

Clear expectations before dispatch.

These terms apply when you request process service, rush handling, same-day attempts, court filing, retrieval, skip trace, or related support from ServeNOVA.

Last updated: April 28, 2026

Service requests

Submitting an intake request does not guarantee dispatch. ServeNOVA reviews assignment details, documents, addresses, timing, and availability before confirming acceptance, pricing, and next steps.

Rates and availability

Published rates are starting points for routine Northern Virginia service. Unusual mileage, multiple parties, complex document sets, special instructions, after-hours requests, or difficult/evasive service may require confirmation before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate documents, names, addresses, court details, deadlines, safety concerns, and instructions. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay service or require additional coordination.

Rush and same-day work

Rush and same-day requests are handled based on availability, document readiness, routing, and local conditions. Same-day service means a same-day first attempt when accepted and feasible; it does not guarantee successful service.

Proof of service

ServeNOVA prepares affidavits or returns based on documented field activity. Filing requirements can vary by court and case type, so clients should review final documents before filing or submission.
